Hi! I’m Ariana (Dulberg) Soule, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) specializing in therapy to teenagers and young adults. I am dedicated to guiding clients towards a life of resilience and fulfillment.
My education includes a Master’s Degree in School Psychology, and I specialize in working with individuals facing the challenges of anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
I have experience working with clients presenting a range of challenges. I have a person-centered and relationship-driven therapeutic style, and I weave together the insights from a variety of curative theories to create a holistic approach to healing.
Our sessions will center around talk therapy, focusing on healthy boundaries, positive self-talk, and resilience. My goal for my clients is to develop tools in therapy that they can then use when facing challenges.
I grew up in the Bay Area and decided early on that I wanted to be a therapist. Outside of work I enjoy walks with my 2-year-old golden doodle, savoring every bite of pesto pasta I can get my hands on, soaking up the sun and beach time during summer, and attempting to push myself to graduate from skiing the bunny slopes during the winter.
I was drawn to this work because of the positive impact therapy has had in my life and because of the fulfillment that comes from working with clients on their issues.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California and work with therapy clients from all walks of life on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues or just feeling stuck in life. In addition to working with individuals, I also work with couples and am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I am honored to work with individuals and couples as a therapist, and I coach professionals looking for change. I bring a wide variety of life experiences to my practice and enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Prior to this profession, I had rewarding careers as an attorney and in the performing arts.
My approach is collaborative and conversational, and one of my primary goals is to create a comfortable, supportive space for us to work together on whatever life may be throwing your way.
If you feel stuck in a pattern of conflict in your relationship and your fights never truly feel resolved, let’s try something new.
If you find yourself spiraling when you’re overwhelmed, and the voice in your head won’t stop criticizing you for it, we can discover how to show yourself more kindness and acceptance.
Whether it’s in your relationship with your partner or your relationship with yourself, maybe you’ve been experiencing more frustration and disconnect when all you want is to feel safe and secure again. We can find our way together toward authentic and fulfilling connection.
We can explore how various aspects of your identity (neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, disability, religion, culture, ethnicity, etc) interact with your emotional and relational well-being. We can address experiences such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, traumatic and/or long-term grief, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
With couples and relationship units who are experiencing disconnect and distress, we can find ways for you to feel more heard and understood in your interactions. If you want to have the support to explore the vulnerable emotions around issues like hurtful communication, sexual intimacy, infidelity, balancing careers and relationships/family, or the impact of the pandemic on your relationship, I encourage you to reach out proactively so we can co-create a space to tend to your relationship.
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 148048). I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. My bachelor’s degree was in music from the University of Oregon.
With my own experience as a musician, as well as having grown up with family in the entertainment industry, I understand the intricacies of creative careers and the potential impacts on mental health. I am also someone who continues to take COVID precautions due to an awareness of how COVID infections and long COVID can impact our psychological well-being. I welcome all clients to bring their emotions and experiences regarding COVID into therapy, if desired.
Outside of therapy, I spend time reading, playing board games/cozy video games/TTRPGs, bird-watching, and taking too many photos of my cat.
Hello, I am Olivia Belknap, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) working under Lisa Gray’s supervision.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.
My services are 100% virtual, so you can skip the commute and join from the comfort of your own space, and I can see clients located anywhere in California.
I am passionate about maintaining a Neurodiversity-affirming practice. As a late-identified Neurodivergent individual, I understand the struggle of trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for those who differ from the norm. Recognizing your neurodivergence can be incredibly validating, but can also come with feelings of grief or confusion. I use a strengths-based approach to help build a life that works for you, on your terms. We can work together to identify your values, find meaning in your life, and build connections with people and communities that understand.
The majority of my clients are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, OCD, etc.), COVID-conscious, living with chronic illness, or a combination of these. I am experienced working with children as young as five, through adults.
Feeling different and misunderstood by those around you can be lonely and frustrating. Whether it’s due to your neurodivergence, chronic illness, or pandemic precautions, it can be hard to go against societal expectations. We can work together to help you build self-compassion, advocate for your needs, and better support yourself.
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I graduated from Northwestern University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I began my career in the technology space and transitioned into the counseling profession because I am drawn to partnering with folks to heal, grow, and find their authentic selves.
I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are struggling with identity issues, life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, depression, and family conflict.
I believe that the past informs the present, that it is important to understand and highlight these histories, and to connection how the past may be carried forward into the here and now.
