Alina Bezdikian

Alina has a unique way of being warm and gentle while also being direct in ways that accelerate progress and insight. She helps clients identify and meet their own needs and trust their deeply held values. This is important for folks navigating the unique pressures of our modern society, perhaps while also navigating medical trauma, chronic illnesses and the experience of being second-generation children of immigrants. These are all issues Alina has lived experience in, giving her the skill to help you cope and thrive. Alina emphasizes a relational, collaborative approach using a trauma and culturally informed lens. When not working with clients, she enjoys exploring new places, ideas and worlds in a book or on a path with her dog.
